We are seeking a senior executive to lead our mission of delivering best-in-class facilities management services for individuals with disabilities.
This is a key leadership role where you'll drive the delivery of top-tier facilities management services, overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient service delivery in security, maintenance, and facility management.
About the Opportunity
You will take full accountability for the organisation's performance, meticulously managing budgets and negotiating profitable pricing structures. You will also develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and identify new opportunities.
* Develop and manage comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure all operations adhere to relevant standards, legislation, and industry best practices.
* Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external customers, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Provide insightful reports to executive directors and the board, detailing operational performance and financial health.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record, possessing:
* Demonstrated experience in property development and facilities management, with significant exposure to the Disability Sector (NDIS).
* A strong aptitude for analysing market trends, developing long-term growth strategies, and interpreting financial data.
* Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
* Demonstrated skills in managing complex projects, particularly large-scale initiatives.
