Job Overview
MBM is seeking a dynamic and experienced project advisor to support the delivery of high-quality property consultancy services. This role involves cost management and quantity surveying for major projects, with a focus on client satisfaction and quality standards.
This position requires collaboration with colleagues to provide outstanding quantity surveying services that meet client needs. Key responsibilities include cost planning, estimation, ongoing cost management, and detailed reporting. The successful candidate will conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience working as a client-side Quantity Surveyor in Australia.
* Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience providing full project services for major property and infrastructure projects.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CostX and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Professional Accreditation: Corporate membership or working towards accreditation with AIQS or RICS.
