About the role
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing Corporate Tax team at PKF Perth. This role offers a fantastic career opportunity to work with a team of specialists, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services across a diverse client portfolio.
You will be part of a dedicated team that delivers specialist tax compliance and advisory services to a broad range of clients including ASX listed, multinational companies and large private groups.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare corporate tax computations and tax-effect accounting calculations.
* Complete Australian corporate tax returns.
* Conduct tax research and prepare tax advice on complex matters, including:
* Restructures
* Acquisitions
* International tax
* Tax losses and tax consolidation
* Perform tax-related administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
* Provide support to partners on a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries
Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for:
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting,financeor related field
* CA/ CPA qualificationor nearing completion
* 4+ years' experience in corporate tax, ideally within public practice or professional services
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to clients
* Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior team member
