Applications are invited for the position of Concrete Construction Team Leader, based at Council's Inverell Works Centre. The successful applicant shall be an in-field working Supervisor responsible for the construction and maintenance of structures and general concrete works.

Essential Selection Criteria:
- NSW School Certificate/ Record of School Achievement or equivalent;
- NSW Class MR Drivers Licence;
- Traffic Controller Certificate/ Traffic Control Work Training Card (TCR) or ability and willingness to obtain one;
- Certificate III in Building & Construction/Carpentry or equivalent and satisfactory experience in construction and concreting work;
- Successful completion of an approved course for Supervisors;
- Ability and willingness to participate in an on-call roster as required;
- SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card ('White Card').
Desirable Qualifications:
- Work safely in the vicinity of live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical workers accreditation;
- Enter and Work in Confined Spaces accreditation; and
- National Licence for High Risk Work (DG, WP, CN).
Employment will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Local Government (State) Award 2023. The classification for the position will be up to Trades Band 2, Level 2, Grade 10. Salary will be in accordance with qualifications and experience, and will be in a range from $1,349.60 to $1,453.46 gross per week. In addition, a Level 1 Adverse Working Conditions Allowance of $0.513 per hour will be paid where applicable.
