Support Workers
to join our expanding team across St Helens, Steiglitz, and Scamander areas.
What a day can look like
Start the day with personal care and medication support for a client.
Assist another with domestic tasks like vacuuming, mopping, or preparing a meal.
In the afternoon, head out grocery shopping with a client—sharing stories, laughs, and helping them stay independent.
No two days are the same, but each one is meaningful.
What You'll Bring
Passion for helping others.
Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it.
Driver's licence, reliable vehicle, First Aid/CPR, WWCC.
Confidence using smartphones/tablets.
NDIS worker screening check OR National police check (or willing to obtain if you don't currently have either).
What We Offer
$***** – $*****/hr + 12% super.
$0.99/km travel allowance + mobile allowance.
Flexible part-time hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Mon–Sun).
Salary packaging up to $15,900.
Paid induction and ongoing training.
