The Personal Care role is instrumental to ensuring that we are providing high quality care to our clients at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients to live the life they choose allowing them to exercise choice and independence.Contribute to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of the residents, through assessment and observation.Implement clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, and as documented in the clients plan of care.Recognise and Respond to clinical deterioration, with appropriate escalationAssist the clients with their personal care and hygiene needs, wounds and medications whilst encouraging their independenceAbout youCurrent AHPRA Nursing RegistrationWilling to obtain appropriate checks- NDIS and Police clearancesFull drivers licenseCPR and Manual HandlingExperience in a community or aged care settingCommitment to continuous quality improvementWorking knowledge of WH&S and Infection ControlWhy work for Calvary?
