Our factory in Armidale is a beauty to see with an amazing selection of buildings under construction at any time. The genius of the manufacturing process is the regulated 'drum beat' that it runs to. A bit like a car factory – each building moves through a production line of work stations. Starting off as a steel chassis and ending up as a completed, ready to occupy building in as little as 21 days. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Tiler to join our production team.

About the Role
As a Tiler at Uniplan, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional finishes across our modular homes and commercial buildings. Working in a clean, safe, well-organised factory environment, you will complete tiling for bathrooms, laundries, kitchens, and other internal spaces.
Core Responsibilities
* Waterproof wet areas to relevant Australian Standards
* Lay cement beds for graded floors
* Set out floor tiles accurately
* Lay and grout graded bathroom floors
* Lay and grout level floors, wall tiles and splashbacks
* Complete silicone sealing on finished tiling
* Follow standardised processes to maximise efficiency and quality
* Collaborate with other trades and production teams

* Maintain a clean, organised, safe workstation to world-class standards
* Deliver workmanship that exceeds customer expectations

Experience & Requirements
* Previous tiling experience (trade qualification preferred)
* Construction White Card (essential)
* Experience in bathrooms, wet areas or modular/modular-like settings (advantageous but not required)
