What You’ll Be Doing
• Be responsible for building our rapidly growing business and managing the operations of our Gold Coast business including warehousing, order fulfilment, transport and customer service
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery to all customers
• Meet and exceed sales and operational targets and KPIs
• Drive operational performance & customer service outcomes
• Manage the inventory and operations to support customer requirements
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Develop a full understanding of our product range through team training
What We’re Looking For
• A high energy leader with experience in distribution and providing a great customer experience
• Strong and demonstrable people leadership skills
• Self-motivated individual who is results-driven and motivated by success
• A creative thinker with the ability to take the initiative and solve problems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Sound Business acumen with exposure to sales and customers
• An attention to detail paired with effective time management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in using different types of software platforms and systems, in particular MS Excel and Outlook
• Pool industry preferrable but not essential
