Position Details We are looking for an Operations and Sales Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast-paced team in Sydney. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a strong drive. This role is based in Sydney and involves leading a team of 20 operational and sales staff passionate about horticulture. Key Responsibilities Leading a safety culture Managing and developing a first-class operations, service support, and sales team Executing operational and sales plans Managing budgets, P&L, and operational metrics Driving efficiencies and continuous improvement Ensuring service delivery meets contractual expectations, supporting client retention and growth Motivating the sales team to achieve budgets Qualifications Demonstrated commitment to safety and experience building a safety culture Minimum of 3 years as an Operations and/or Sales Manager with strong operational and sales growth experience Leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams; hands-on leadership when necessary Flexibility and adaptability to change Commercial acumen with budget and cost management skills Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs Ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement Horticultural experience is advantageous but not essential Additional Information Our people are the key to our success.
