Women's Health & Wellbeing CoachFor all people in Australia living with mental health and wellbeing challenges to live a life that is meaningful to them.Position DetailsFull-Time, Permanent PositionClassification: SCHADS Level 3 with a salary range of: $73,883-$79,218 per annum + SuperannuationSalary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each yearAbout your new roleThe Women's Health & Wellbeing Coach will utilise CRM coaching frameworks, Optimal Health Program principles and motivational interviewing to support & counsel individuals to improve their wellbeing, resilience and develop their coping strategies. The Women's Health & Wellbeing Coach will assist individuals to build on their formal and informal supports and provide useful practical resources that will assist them in managing their wellbeing in the future.The Women's Health & Wellbeing Coach will function within a collaborative team approach and will be supported by regular opportunities to reflect upon their practice and access comprehensive training and development.Women's Health & Wellbeing Coaches will work closely with other community partner organisations to deliver the best possible comprehensive service for individuals.About Neami NationalWe're Neami.
