Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Mitcham
Work Schedule: Split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:15pm - 6:30pm, plus 6.75 hours of admin time.

What is a Director of Service?
As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community.
* Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
* Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
* Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
* Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

* Is a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still has a big kid at heart!
* Is a confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
* Possesses strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
* Is passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
* Is energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have FUN!
