What Your Day Will Look Like
You'll be the first point of connection for families accessing Child Development Services, using your clinical assessment skills to triage referrals and ensure children are directed to the right support at the right time. Your day will involve collaborating with clinicians, GPs and community partners, sharing clear and respectful communication that upholds dignity for every family. You'll contribute to quality and safety activities, maintain accurate clinical information, and support a positive team culture through mentoring and professional leadership. Along the way, you'll help shape health education resources, participate in service improvement initiatives, and bring curiosity and courage to refining how care is delivered.
