**Work with a HR team to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and HR administration processes in an organisation of approx. 500 employees.**
**The Role**
Reporting the Senior HR Business Partner, the Recruitment/HR Coordinator will form part of an energetic HR team that are focused on providing excellent HR services and support within our organisation.

**What you need to bring**
- Experience working in a busy administration position ideally within human resources, with exposure to recruitment and compliance processes
- Demonstrated experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Robust communication skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
- High level of honesty, integrity, confidentiality and a strong work ethic
- Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver’s licence
**Desirable**
- Experience working in a large not-for-profit organisation
- Experience working within the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award 2010
- Experience using Preceda Payroll, HR Onboard, Expr3ss! recruitment and Microsoft Office suite
