Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Information Systems

Your Responsibilities:
* Drive Research Excellence: Conduct high-quality research, publish in top-tier journals, and secure external funding to support your research programme.
* Deliver Innovative Teaching: Develop and deliver engaging courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, embracing innovative teaching methods and technologies.
* Foster Industry Engagement: Build partnerships with industry and government stakeholders, enhancing the real-world impact of your teaching and research.
* Provide Academic Leadership: Supervise research students, contribute to curriculum development, and take on leadership roles within the department and university.
You Will Be A Great Fit If:
* You are an ambitious Information Systems scholar with a strong research track record, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and with industry partners.
* You hold a PhD in Information Systems or a closely aligned discipline, have a proven publication record in high-quality IS journals and conferences, and possess expertise in areas such as IS user behaviours, human-AI interaction, or digital innovation.
* You demonstrate the ability to secure research funding and supervise graduate students, have experience in developing and delivering engaging courses in information systems, and show a commitment to fostering industry partnerships and interdisciplinary collaboration.
