We are seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents, ensuring our site and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.Role OverviewProvide exceptional, personalized service to residents by anticipating and fulfilling their needs, offering local information, and handling inquiries to create a seamless experience.
Maintain the upkeep of our site and facilities.Greet and welcome students and guests warmly at front of house/reception.Be available to answer questions and assist as needed.Maintain cleanliness and high standards in communal areas during night shifts.Ensure residents and guests respect the facilities.Resolve issues or challenges promptly.Conduct regular building surveys (block walks) every 4-6 hours.Replenish refreshments like coffee, tea, milk, and vending items.Manage parcel storage for easy access.Act as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies.Handle waste management adhering to health and safety standards.Candidate ProfileExperienceExperienced in delivering premium customer service.Proactive in cleaning and maintaining communal areas.Technologically proficient with relevant software systems.Personal AttributesRespectful and inclusive of diverse backgrounds.Excellent communication skills; multilingual skills are a plus.Organized, calm under pressure, adaptable, positive, and resilient.Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Flexible availability to cover 24/7 operations, including holidays and religious celebrations.BenefitsWe offer a range of benefits including paid holidays (28 days pro-rata), your birthday off, access to Perkbox perks, pension contributions, social events, recognition schemes, career development opportunities, and wellbeing support.
