The Opportunity
We currently have openings for new team members to join our field crews. Whether you're a labourer or an experienced operator, we welcome applicants from various backgrounds.
These positions offer a rewarding remuneration package, including regular overtime. The roles involve general labouring, operating state-of-the-art equipment, and associating with civil construction.
Your Background
You may bring experience from pipe maintenance, civil construction, water or wastewater infrastructure, or be looking to break into the industry. We value our people and provide required training.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a valid Driver's Licence, OHS Construction Induction Card (White card), and the ability to work on sites across the Sunshine Coast region.
We also expect good work ethic, positive attitude, strong focus on safety, and HR or MR licence, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights licences as desirable but not essential.
Pre-Employment Medical
To ensure your suitability for the role, you will need to pass our pre-employment medical, which includes a drug & alcohol test. Please note that these roles may require entering confined spaces; successful candidates will receive certified confined spaces training if needed.
