About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and driven sales professional to build strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering our trusted range of safety gear and products. Your role will be key in driving growth within your portfolio, ensuring clients receive the best products tailored to their needs.
Location & Travel
While our preference is for candidates based in Mackay, we welcome applications from candidates located in Townsville, Rockhampton and Gladstone regions. Occasional regional travel is required (generally every 2–3 weeks), with flexibility around planning and scheduling.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Managing and expanding existing client accounts
* Preparing quotes, following up, and closing deals
* Providing product recommendations and solutions
* Collaborating with our Product Specialists to promote key product categories
* Monitoring market trends and acting as a trusted safety advisor to customer
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales experience (industrial sector experience preferred, but not essential)
* Minimum 2+ years of sales experience is required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A customer-focused approach with a drive to achieve results
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
* High level of motivation and initiative
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region
* A valid full Australian driver's license is required
* Australian work rights are required for this position
