One of our major clients is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 3–6-month engagement focused on documenting health data reporting and data collection processes. Rather than focus on Agile Business Analyst delivery, the successful candidate will work more closely with business stakeholders to analyse current documentation, capture processes, and produce high‐quality artefacts relating to health data, system integration, and reporting workflows.
Experience in the health services sector—particularly with medical, clinical, and patient data—is essential. Strong capability in BI/data/reporting environments is also required. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be critical to success.
Your day at NTT
* Work with business stakeholders to document health data reporting and data collection processes.
* Analyse existing documentation and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
* Develop operational and technical business process documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Produce end‐to‐end process flow diagrams, including data flow artefacts across multiple systems.
* Create integration technical specifications covering interfaces, security, non‐functional requirements, and system dependencies.
* Compile supporting documentation such as FAQs, user access guides, tutorials, and dataset reference materials.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
* Demonstrated experience working with health sector data (clinical, medical, patient records, reporting systems).
* Strong background in BI/data/reporting environments and related documentation.
* Proven ability to engage, negotiate, and collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured documentation.
* Experience working within government environments and navigating complex stakeholder groups.
* Ability to lead workshops, capture business processes, and translate findings into high‐quality artefacts.
