Full time position but we are open to structuring hours to suit school drop off or pickup for the right applicant.Reporting directly to the General Manager, the main duties and responsibilities of the role include:Benchmark and go out to market to source/ re-source existing products and services to peruse better value and current supply opportunitiesCreate/ update databases in ERP covering all facets of Supply chain & set-ups to maximize utilization of ERPConstantly review supply chain data in ERP, cleansing and making appropriate changes to settings to ensure data integrityAssist in setting up & monitoring KPIs across Supply chain.Assist with setting up, monitoring & management of Inventory management frameworks and activities.Day-to-day activities include the following, but not limited to PO & Invoice processing, Delivery follow-ups, Cycle count management, Material/ Vendor creation.Be a key member in driving and implementing projects to roll-out Planning & forecasting and creation of works orders to get products built through the production departmentFiling of office paperwork.Administration and reporting as requiredManage all aspects of the company's logistic needs both inbound and outboundManage and maintain the data integrity of the company's inventoryThe successful candidate we are looking for should have the following:Relevant experience - this means you\'ve held this type of position in previous roles and you have a passion to succeed, and a desire to be successful and you meet the above requirementsBased in SydneyExcellent communication skills both written and verbalBe a creative thinker and problem solver - must be solution focusedProficient at using Word, Excel, Outlook and computer literateAbility to work with minimal supervisionAn immediate start is envisaged.The position is a full time position Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 5pm and you will be reporting to the General Manager.
