We currently have a position for a self-motivated, customer service-focused individual to join our supportive team as a Credit Controller. Based at our office in Campbellfield, VIC, this full-time, permanent role involves managing debtor accounts, debt recovery, and reconciliation of COD accounts.
Responsibilities
* Protect and maximise revenue through effective management of customer accounts, credit, and cash collection.
* Collaborate with all teams to maximise returns, minimise customer default risk, and enhance debt collection.
* Support credit management by identifying credit issues and escalating non-compliance with processes and trading terms.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures under the guidance of the team lead.
* Maintain data accuracy, including credit limit reviews and ensuring credit application compliance.
What you will need to succeed
* Experience in credit control within high-volume collections roles.
* Excellent negotiation skills and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to identify, develop, and implement initiatives to improve accounts receivable processes and services.
