We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Primary School educator to join our teaching team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover Parental Leave.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment with the potential for ongoing full-time employment based on performance and operational requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the Victorian Curriculum, fostering student engagement, and contributing to the broader school community.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant teaching qualification
Current (or ability to obtain) registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Strong knowledge of Victorian Curriculum requirements
Ability to use data to inform teaching practice and student outcomes
Excellent classroom management and student engagement techniques
Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms
Right to work in Australia
Current First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to undergo background checks as required
