Responsibilities
- Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
- Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a service-over-task environment
- Actively gain, maintain and share product and brand knowledge for your department
- Support management to improve financial performance within your department
- Work with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability
- Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience within retail or a similar industry
- Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers
- Positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating environment for the team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed promptly
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with customers and team members
