Responsibilities
Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a service-over-task environment
Actively gain, maintain and share product and brand knowledge for your department
Support management to improve financial performance within your department
Work with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability
Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience within retail or a similar industry
Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers
Positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating environment for the team
Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed promptly
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with customers and team members
