Nurse Unit Manager - Medical/Surgical Ward

The Role:
This position provides key leadership and managerial oversight for the day-to-day operations of the Medical/Surgical Ward. Working collaboratively with the MBPH Executive and the broader management team, the role ensures that patient care is integrated, safe, and delivered to the highest quality standards.
To be successful at this role, you will have:
* Relevant registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
* Minimum of 4 years post basic registration experience
* Previous experience in a management position
* Health industry knowledge and experience, essential for negotiating with stakeholders
This position is remunerated at a Nurse Unit Manager Level 2 (NM11) under the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement.
