Medical Receptionist - Kingston (Full-Time)
Are you organised, detail‐oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our ACT team on a full‐time permanent basis.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face‐to‐face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
* Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
* Operate our booking system efficiently.
* Assist with back‐office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

* Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
* Adaptability to various databases and systems.
* Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
