* Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing strategic estimating leadership and key client engagement primarily across High Voltage Transmission/Substations and Renewables or Building Services (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, MEP) projects.

* Key Responsibilities
">* Lead the end-to-end estimating process on a project, directing the production of Quantity Surveying/Estimating deliverables.* Be responsible for producing technical deliverables, applying industry experience autonomously with limited guidance.* Ability to manage and deliver work across projects simultaneously.* Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan, including verification and review of procedures.* Identify and mitigate potential financial risks through proactive planning.* Forecast and assess costs, timelines, quality parameters, and constructability factors.* Participate in value management and risk workshops as a subject matter expert.* Work collaboratively with internal and external project teams, as well as technical leaders, to plan, develop, deliver, and operate a range of multidisciplinary projects.* Recommend changes to current or new directions, ensuring Jacobs is applying the latest technical developments.* Mentor and assist in the development of junior QS/Estimators within your specialist discipline.
