Job Title: Act Branch Administrator
About the Role:
* Administrative Support: Provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to relieve Department Managers or Teams of administrative details.
* General Duties: Performs general administrative duties, such as administrative support of department managers.
* Ancillary Support Services: Specializes in providing ancillary support services, including facilities and office management, print, and travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facility Management: Manages the facility at Majura Park Office.
* Inventory Management: Maintains office supply inventory and other additional supplies as needed.
* Messaging and Communication: Processes incoming and outgoing mail and facsimile, by sorting and distributing to the relevant individuals.
* Call Handling: Answers and screens telephone calls and responds to and resolves any queries or elevates complex queries to the relevant individual.
* Scheduling and Coordination: Manages and coordinates electronic diary and schedule commitments to ensure maximization of the manager's time efficiency.
* Secretarial and Administrative Support: Provides a complete secretarial and administrative support function with limited or no guidance.
