**Technical Product Manager**:
**Location: Perth, WA**
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
- Min 15 years in IT industry with 5-7 years of experience in technical product management, ability to drive multiple projects, customer facing roles.
- Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development.
- Experience in product development planning and providing leadership.
- Ability to collaborate with customers & drive new initiatives.
- Should be able to manage remote teams in Agile environment.
- Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
- Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding - Microsoft Technologies, Azure/AWS, Microservices & DevOps.
- Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments.
- Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development.
- Building the product roadmap.
- Liaising with customers and collecting feedback on the product.
- Selecting which ideas to turn into features.
- Writing product feature requirements.
- Collaborating with the dev team to ensure the feature/product is built according to the specifications.
**Technical Skills: Should come with below technical skills background.**
Microsoft technologies - C#,.NET Core, Azure (IaaS)/(PaaS), SQL server, Azue Data Factory, Data Lakes, Azure SQL, ADF pipelines, Knowledge into multi cloud paltforms is desirable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive technical projects end-to-end - from requirements, to launch
- Manage complex project schedules, remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly
- Work with Engineering and Product leaders to streamline processes, simplify execution, and manage on-time releases
- Introduce tools to amplify efficiency and help the teams you are engaged with in smoother execution
- Communicate regularly with senior management on the status, risks, and change control
- Constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes for completeness and better efficiency
- Dive deep into technical details of the program
