Role Overview
You are an experienced clerical professional looking for a new challenge or an prospect to branch into IT in a fully remote role. In the role as the NSW Hospital RIS/PACS workflow coordinator, you will provide coordination and support for radiologists and the clinic operations team to maximise efficiency and improve overall service delivery to patients and referrers.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Management – manage KPIs of hospital contracts, coordinate daily workflow of radiologists, and communicate any interruption, delay or change of service to hospitals as required.
Service Excellence and Work Relationships – provide excellent-quality service to internal and external customer queries, build positive workplace relationships, answer calls and troubleshoot with hospitals and referrers.
Data Analysis and Reporting – collect and analyse data relating to workflow efficiency, radiologist metrics and performance to key contract KPIs; provide data internally and externally around IT outages, ensure accurate invoicing through variance, TAT dispute and case billing analysis.
Minimum Requirements
Proficiency in radiology IT platforms (RIS/PACS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Clerical/administration staff with at least 2 years' experience in a radiology clinic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with radiologists, management and site-based teams.
