_**We are looking for a Service advisor for our Service Department at the Gympie Store.**_
At Trio, we believe in old-fashioned service with a smile. We offer sound advice and will happily answer all questions or queries our customers have about our Services. Our award winning after-service care backs up our commitment to every customer. In this position, your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will utilize your Customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the Company and the customer for Service. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the service department customers, both face to face and over the phone.
- **Your day will consist of**:_
- Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
- Determining the customers' needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Following the progress of the vehicles throughout the course of the service and keeping the customers informed
- Providing quotes
- Providing superior customer service.
