Harcourts RG Hope Island is a fast-growing, high-performance office on the Northern Gold Coast. You'll be working in one of the most desirable lifestyle markets in Queensland with a genuine mix of property types, from entry-level rentals through to prestige and multi–million dollar homes. The role

You'll be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities into long-term managements across our key Northern Gold Coast area. This is a role for someone who loves the chase, knows how to build trust quickly, and can follow a process to a result.

What you'll be doing

* Winning new managements through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building

* Running appraisals and converting leads with confidence and clarity

* Building a pipeline you can rely on (and reporting on it)

* Working closely with our PM team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention

* Representing the Harcourts brand with professionalism and care

What we're looking for

* Proven BDM performance in real estate (you can show results)

* Strong prospecting habits and consistent activity levels

* Confident communicator who can handle objections without getting pushy

* High standards of presentation, follow-up, and client care

* Current driver's licence (and reliable vehicle)

* Minimum 1-2 years of BDM experience in real estate

* Australian work authorisation required

* Current real estate licence required to commence this role
