Job Description:
As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our home-based aged care clients to remain independent and supported. Your duties will include providing assistance in daily life activities such as domestic assistance, personal care, social support, and respite both within their homes and within the community.
Our clients value companionship and understanding, and we are looking for individuals who can provide a listening ear and offer emotional support when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support - Aged Care or equivalent industry qualification
* Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
* Current NSW provisional or full driver's license
* Reliable motor vehicle including valid NSW registration and minimum third-party property damage insurance
