To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Proven experience supervising high-end custom or luxury residential builds (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and on-site coordination.
* Demonstrated ability to manage trades, subcontractors, and consultants to a premium standard.
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly across high-end finishes and architectural details.
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Trade or construction qualifications preferred.
Full Job Description
Our client is a well-established custom home builder specialising in architecturally designed luxury residences across the Gold Coast. They are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to take full ownership of the on-site delivery of multipleluxury homes, managing construction from site start through to handover.
This role requires a hands-on, detail-driven supervisor who takes pride in quality workmanship and presentation. You will work closely with architects, designers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure the home is delivered to the highest standard, on programme, and in line with client expectations.
