About The Opportunity Step into a dynamic leadership role where you’ll oversee two high-energy airport locations – the T4 Virgin Domestic store and the T1 Qantas kiosk – ensuring smooth operations, top-tier service, and impressive results. Reporting to the Store Support Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a passionate team of 5–7 staff across both locations Creating efficient rosters, supporting new team members, and fostering growth Ensuring compliance with all airport safety, security, and operational procedures Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, stock control, and presentation Championing sales through engaging promotions and memorable customer service About You We’re looking for a people-focused leader with a flair for retail and a love for creating positive customer experiences.
