**The Company**
BBCS has a total of 3 Engineering/ Manufacturing facilities in Victoria (Dandenong and Traralgon) and 4 site/service branches in the Latrobe Valley supporting key service contracts (Yallourn, Loy Yang, Geelong and Morwell).
**Your New Team & Role**
The Project Coordinator is an exciting role at our Projects site located in Traralgon, Victoria.
The role encompasses all aspects of high-quality project delivery, from planning and scheduling support, through to managing fabrication of industry leading belt handling equipment.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Drive safe, successful, efficient and cost-effective project outcomes
- Communicate with all levels of business both with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain computer-based systems to enable transparent and efficient management of projects
- Assist the Site Manager with reporting and other performance measuring tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal and customer policy frameworks and HSE standards
- Coordinate project labour requirements
- Manage labour logistics including flights, accommodation, travel etc.
- Coordinate freight of equipment
- Manage subcontractors to deliver manufacture of equipment to the highest standards
- Coordinate workshop activities to effectively and efficiently utilise available labour resources
- Manage maintenance of hire equipment
- Manage quality assurance processes for manufacture of all equipment

**About You**
To be successful you will have:
- An Engineering background or Mechanical trade certification
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer capabilities with advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent cost management skills with strong ability of estimating and managing project costs
- The ability to provide concise, timely and accurate project status reporting
- Extensive exposure to heavy industry settings
- Ability to participate in and/or lead successful projects, using strong communication and organisational skills to balance conflicting priorities and manage resources
- Excellent planning and co-ordination skills
- Rigging and forklift qualifications preferable but not essential
