Overview
Monadelphous' Mining and Minerals North West division is seeking a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Workforce Management Team, based in our Victoria Park Head Office. Reporting to the Tom Price & Paraburdoo Workforce Management Team Lead, you will assist in leadership and support tasks, whilst providing strong guidance to the entire mobilisation team. Ideally you are passionate about customer service and providing quality mentorship to your colleagues. We are looking for someone who will utilise their established leadership skills whilst working alongside the team leader to provide outstanding support to our operations and peers. This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
* Liaising with client, site and local mobilisation functions to ensure a smooth mobilisation process
* Provide ongoing leadership support to the broader mobilisation team, alongside the team leader
* Act as a go to individual for incoming requests and queries for the team
* Take initiative to think on your feet and deliver successful outcomes with your team
* Participate in team meetings alongside leadership and operations
* Assist in the coordination and delegation of mobilisation tasks
What you'll bring
* 3-6 years experience in a senior mobilisation coordinator role or equivalent is essential
* Knowledge of Rio Tinto compliance and mobilisation systems is essential
* Passion for quality leadership and collaboration
* Developed written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft systems such as Excel
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to audit work
