About Our Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join the multidisciplinary team at Rankin Park Day Hospital. Working alongside dedicated administration staff, doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and patient-support tasks, including: Recording new admissions Managing phone enquiries Handling digital medical records Coordinating clinic bookings Providing general administrative support across the department Preparing discharge documentation and scanning Conducting audits Attending intake and unit meetings Managing referrals Coordinating and maintaining waitlists About You We are looking for a professional who: Has a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude Excels in time management and problem-solving Works effectively both independently and within a team Demonstrates strong attention to detail and maintains confidentiality Possesses excellent communication skills and can confidently support medical, allied health, and administrative staff You Will Receive Hands-on Training From Experienced Administrative Staff Within The General Medicine Unit, As Well As Access To Online Learning Modules Through My Health Learning.
