This casual role is predominantly guest facing at Hotel reception, assisting with guest service, day to day hotel operation and minor maintenance as well as being on call after hours on occasion.
Expected hours for the role are approximately 15 hours per week and evening and weekend availability is a must to be able to maximise working hours. Shared duties in housekeeping will also be considered for the right candidate to be able to increase weekly hours.
The successful applicant will have:
* A passion for providing exceptional guest service
* The ability to problem solve and resolve guest requests quickly
* Excellent time management
* Either reception or property management experience
* Hold a current QLD drivers licence.
* Be able to work a rotational roster including weekends.
