About the Role
This role involves providing comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment and therapy planning for clients with disabilities. You will be working collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver services that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on sound clinical reasoning.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
* Deliver services with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
Requirements
* Full registration as a Speech Pathologist (or limited registration considered)
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Working With Children Check, Police Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience working with NDIS clients is highly regarded
