About the Role:
As a Lead Analyst, you will play a crucial part in shaping knowledge resources, refining policies, and troubleshooting complex regulatory system issues.

You will be responsible for driving user acceptance testing, ensuring quality assurance, and training team members while keeping stakeholders informed.
This role also includes supporting system transitions, fostering process innovation, and collaborating with experts to enhance regulatory systems.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree and/or experience in customer relations, complaints, or support desk environments.
* Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and similar systems.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service expertise.
* Skilled in business process understanding, testing, data analysis, and problem-solving.
* Independent, outcome-driven, and adept at managing tasks efficiently.
