An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to join a globally recognised technology organisation and lead the delivery of two key transformation initiatives within the Finance and People functions.
This role will focus on driving delivery across system migration and global vendor implementation projects, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, People Operations, Technology and Legal. You will play a critical role in coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects remain on track within a structured governance environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of cross-functional transformation projects
* Coordinate stakeholders across multiple business functions and regions
* Manage project timelines, risks and dependencies
* Engage with external vendors and implementation partners
* Provide clear reporting and updates to senior leadership and steering committees
About You
* Proven experience delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional teams
* Comfortable working within structured project governance frameworks
Nice to have
* Experience with HR, payroll, or finance system implementations
* Exposure to ESOP / equity management platforms
* Experience with data migration or system transitions
* Familiarity with HR systems such as BambooHR
