What does the job look like?
Our Hazelmere operation is seeking an Operations Trainer, a role that would suit a passionatelogisticsprofessional withexpertisein assessing driver competency and the provision of training across various vehicles and equipment.
This role has a significant impact, working closely with a variety of stakeholders across Linfox, our customer sites and sub-contractor partners. You will utilise yourexpertisein chain of responsibility, loadrestraintand the handling of various freight profiles to provide targeted training and assessments tomaintaina safe and efficient work environment. Key areas:
* Plan and schedule training to meet operational requirements
* Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across our operations and customer sites
* Deliver training and assessments for a variety of equipment, including heavy vehicles, vans to triple road trains, forklifts, and materials handling equipment (MHE)
* Develop assessment instruments and learning resources that meet customer needs and comply withLinfox and NHVR
* Promote continuous improvement and ongoing support across the business
Are you the one?
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, hands‐on Operations Trainer to help deliver engaging training to our workforce andmaintaina strong safety culture. You candemonstrate:
* Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, significantMulti-Combinationexperience, ideally including road train, and current forklift licence (LF) essential
* Familiarity with the practical application of the NVR Standards for Registered Training Organisations
* Ability to adapt to changing demands and promote a culture of quality and continual improvement
* A structured approach with high attention to detail and an ability to influence various stakeholders
