At Deryan Financial Group, we're a small, tight-knit team of 10 based in Burnley (Richmond), combining accounting, tax, and finance broking under one roof. We're looking for a motivated and driven graduate ready to dive deep into the world of mortgage and commercial lending.
The Role
You'll work directly with our senior brokers and CPA accountants, supporting clients through:
* Property loan structuring (first homes, investments, SMSF lending)
* Business and commercial loan funding
* Pre-assessment, servicing calculations & lender policy research
You'll be learning the ropes, sitting in on client meetings, and building real-world financial strategy experience from day one.
We're Looking For
* A recent Accounting, Finance, or Business graduate
* Strong attention to detail with a head for numbers and strategy
* Clear communicator, confident with clients and team members
* Someone who enjoys structure, but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
* A long-term interest in property, lending, and business finance

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Supplementary Pay: Commission, Performance bonus
