This role is to be based out of our newly opened Perth office at 269 Great Eastern Highway in Belmont opened January 2025. Onsite Parking available
Position:
Please note that this position is for an experienced IT staff. We already employ trainee staff and will be looking to add more trainee staff at a later stage this year.
This position has been created due to business clients continually choosing Emerge Office as their preferred IT partner in Perth. You will oversee our Perth clients and provide helpdesk support, quote and implement solutions as well as onboard new clients. Additionally you will contribute to our companys growth and success by actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, proposing company changes and implementing them alongside helping our clients grow.
Please note we primarily focus on the 2-50 seat SMB and NFP market, although have clients up to 100 seats.
We are flexible in shaping the role to the right candidate. Whilst level 3 Technical ability is required we can shape the role to include
* Sales or Sales Management
* Service Operations or Service Operations Management
* Internal Improvements
* Cyber Focus
Requirements:
- Proven IT support experience for level 3 tasks, preferably in a service-based or client-facing role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous but not essential.
