Qualifications 
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or CDP) 
Proven grill station experience (steakhouse or similar preferred) 
A strong work ethic, natural leadership, and a calm, professional presence in the kitchen 
Passion for food, flavour, and consistency 
A cooperative, team-first mindset
