Job Title: Corporate Property Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Manager, Property & Facilities in managing a diverse property portfolio. This includes commercial and residential assets.
The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, manage rental payments, negotiate lease agreements, and provide strategic property advice. They will also liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party managers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update property records and systems
* Manage rental payments and process invoices
* Negotiate lease agreements and renewals
* Provide strategic property advice and support budgeting processes
Requirements:
* Experience in commercial/residential real estate and strong grasp of lease interpretation and property legislation
* Skilled communicator and negotiator, able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to solve problems and identify improvement opportunities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems, with experience in SAP considered a plus
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Finance) and valid driver's licence
