Maintenance Carpenter Role
The role of Maintenance Carpenter involves travelling to residential and commercial sites, performing remedial and renovation work on interior and exterior building elements. Key tasks include repairing cabinetry, counters, benches, trims, doors, partitions and frameworks, carrying out painting, tiling, paving, lock replacements and other remedial works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing remedial and renovation work on interior and exterior building elements
* Repairing cabinetry, counters, benches, trims, doors, partitions and frameworks
* Carrying out painting, tiling, paving, lock replacements and other remedial works
In addition to these tasks, the candidate will be responsible for administrative duties, record-keeping and supporting a collaborative trades team to deliver quality outcomes.
Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Carpentry
* Experience working in residential and/or commercial environments
* A Construction White Card
* Current driver's licence
* Strong problem-solving and finishing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full working rights in Australia
