About the role
The Executive Branch Manager, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health and Wellbeing, is a senior leadership role within CHS. The role oversees the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Hub, drives strategic priorities that strengthen cultural safety, service delivery, and health outcomes for First Nations consumers, and represents CHS within local and national First Nations health networks. Responsibilities include leading cultural transformation initiatives, providing high‐level advice to strengthen cultural safety across CHS, building relationships with community and Elders, and influencing system‐wide reform to uplift cultural capability.

Remuneration and Contract
The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $238,533 to $245,876, depending on current superannuation arrangements. This includes a cash component of $209,807. The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance‐based long‐term contract for a period of up to five years.
