* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
* Train, lead, and coach teams in all aspects of retail, sales, and customer service
* Plan and achieve sales targets through effective management of staff
* Effectively manage rosters to ensure optimisation of staff
* All aspects of stock control and inventory management
* Dynamic merchandising and store presentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous supervisory and/or management experience
* Strong sales ability with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
* A passion for training, developing, and motivating your team
* Excellent decision-making and problem-resolution skills
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication
