We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator or Graduate Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to senior management, you'll support the end-to-end delivery of civil and landscape projects and gain exposure to all aspects of project management.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with project planning, procurement, scheduling, and delivery
Preparing and maintaining documentation such as ITPs, SWMS, and schedules
Liaising with clients, councils, subcontractors, and suppliers
Attending site meetings and assisting with stakeholder communication
Ensuring quality, safety, and environmental compliance across projects
What You'll Need to Succeed
Degree-qualified or nearing completion in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
A genuine interest in construction and a desire to grow into a Project Manager role
Strong communication and time management skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
