What's My Job?
You’re a Senior Business Director in the Business Management team. You’re helping clients navigate their brand journey, shaping both their creative direction and their business strategy.
You sit at the intersection of strategic vision and creative execution, leading client relationships and managing teams to deliver high quality results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all work is executed to the highest standard and exceeds client expectations.
A Day in the Life:
* You treat your clients' businesses like they are your own.
* You manage client discussions, offering thoughtful guidance that helps them thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.
* You keep an eye on the big picture, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, but also dive deep when the details matter most.
* Cross-functional teams rely on you for vision and direction. It’s your job to bring people together, creative, tech, design, production, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
* You don’t just talk about innovation, you lead it. Whether it’s introducing AI into your process or thinking up smarter, creative collaborations, you’re focused on what makes the best impact.
* Tight timelines? Fast-moving projects? No problem. You know how to keep teams motivated and projects on track, all while ensuring the work hits the mark for the client and the brand.
* You see the work you have produced out in the world - whether it be on a TV commercial or OOH billboard - "Hey! I made that!" is what you say, when you are explaining your job to your family and friends.
How will we know that you are the one?
* You have successfully managed large project or retained clients in an advertising setting. You know how to work with traffic, design, creative, strategy, media, PR/Influence, technology and production teams… not just work with them, but excel in working with them.
* You have a strong understanding of your clients' businesses, needs and strategy. In fact, you have some big wins under your belt and have known what your clients needs are before they do.
* You can manage people. Effectively, collaboratively and with a sense of care and trust.
* You’re great at balancing the needs of the client with the goals of the team, strong relationships and delivering measurable growth is where you excel.
* You’re fluent in using innovative technologies to enhance creativity while keeping a realistic grasp on production and timelines.
* Influence comes naturally, whether you’re sharing feedback with the team or pitching ideas to clients.
* You’re experienced in leading large scale accounts, rolling out production shoots, and heading up projects that move fast and are constantly evolving.
Other things that will make you excel in this role:
* 8+ years managing client relationships across teams within the advertising industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
* Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
* Ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and creative execution.
* Laser-focused attention to detail.
* Commercial mindset with proven business acumen experience.
